How Yoga came into this world? Who started the Yoga?

These are very common questions but very few people know about them. I’m writing a deep story about Yoga and I believe after reading the story and significance of Yoga, you’ll feel so blissful.

15,000 years back, Lord Shiva appears very first time in mankind history in the region of the Himalayas. It was the first time when human civilization saw someone very powerful and attractive. The saints were watching that he was exploring dimension more than anyone ever know. Lord Shiva was sitting very still like a rock. And saints were experiencing that he has the potential to destroy the whole universe in a moment. People got so affected by his personality.

There were thousands of saints were waiting for Lord Shiva to get up. They wanted to learn about those amazing experience. Lord Shiva saw thousand of man who was waiting for them. He got up and started dancing very widely. Saints were waiting for him but he didn’t stop dancing. He continued dancing for years so saints were started leaving the place.

He danced for 84 years and then stopped. When he saw there were only 7 saints left and the rest of them have left. Those 7 saints are known as “Sapt-Rishi”. Lord Shiva decided to teach them about life, death and soul.

Then he told that our physical body has a total of 114 chakras. 112 of them are inside of our body and 2 of them are outside of the body. So there is a total of 112 methods to make free your soul from the cycle of birth and death. Yoga is one of them.

Lord Shiva briefed all 112 methods in detail. He taught Yoga to Sapt-Rishi. This is how Yoga came into the world. Lord Shiva is the one who taught Yoga which is why he is known as “AadiYogi” (the first “Yogi” or first “Guru of Yoga”).

The Significant of Yoga:
In the modern period, there are lots of organisations that promote Yoga. It is said that the daily practice of Yoga provides you with internal strength and immunity that give you a very healthy and happy life. With good physicality, Yoga helps us to make our mind better and peaceful.

Nowadays most people do Yoga for better health and a blessed mind. But this is a very easy and small part of Yoga. Yoga can make you experience another kind of life and dimensions.

When a person starts very deep Yoga, he will start understanding the energy level of the body and universe. He will know how energy connects the body with the universe. This kind of people may never get ill. They start reading the mind and the behaviour of other people. If they go deeper, they may remember their past life. The body and mind will start work on full potential. Going deeper can help them to understand the structure and history of the universe. They even can use the power of a single cell and feel it. And they can be free from the cycle of birth and death by Yoga.

The Yoga we know today is very limited. Yoga has a lot much more potential to explore life.
