There are a lot of reasons through which I would recommend using Aweber. I will list some of them here:

I used the autoresponders service provided by Aweber, and I am impressed by it.
AutoResponders are e-newsletters that are delivered automatically to your customers and subscribers listed on your mailing list.
Autoresponders have a great significance in email marketing, a lot of my emails were automated and I set things up correctly and my subscribers and clients were able to receive key and important messages.
I did not have to worry about sending these messages manually.
2) Split testing:
In my experience, it involves sending variants of e-newsletters to some of my mailing lists and monitoring the performance.
With Aweber, I was able to send up to three variants of my e-newsletter when I was split-testing and I was able interestingly to mix and match different variants.
There are no restrictions as such, the platform is very flexible.
3) AMP for an email in Aweber:
It’s the latest technology for me.
AMP for email makes it possible for the recipients and subscribers to take simple actions directly through an email and you can do it without leaving their email program or visiting a website.
It allows the senders of an email to insert dynamic and good content into it.

4) Segmenting data in Aweber:
According to my experience, it is straightforward. I was able to create segments not only based on a particular content but also on user activity as well.
For example, the emails opened, web pages visited, links that were clicked, products bought, and so on. It is very flexible and easy to use.
I found it a little tricky as well to how to get it to work and to the screen where I created the segments, you have to go to the ‘manage subscribers’ section, then search for some subscribers, and then have that search saved as a segment.
5) Aweber customer support:
I think that this is one feature Aweber impressed me with and stands out from the rest.
Phone support, email support, and live chat are provided and available on all paid-for-plans which are competitive including Aweber’s competitors which are GetResponse, Mailchimp, Campaign Monitor, and Mad Mini, where none of them offers phone support on standard plans.

There are a lot of people who have approached me with questions about certain features of Aweber which were asked frequently, some of which I will be answering here:
1) “Do I have to have an autoresponse message?”
A) If you have an autoresponder and follow-up messages created on your message page, they will be used for sure. If you do not wish to use them, you will have to delete them from your list.
I would suggest you back up the messages before deleting them, so when you want them back in later, you will be able to do it easily.
2) “Can I create and send HTML messages?”
A) Yes, you can create and send an HTML message in your AutoResponder and your follow-up messages themselves. They provide more than 600 HTML templates so there is no limit to creativity and professionality.
3) “Can I add subscribers to more than one list at once?”
A) Yes, you can use automation rules to subscribe or unsubscribe people to and from the list.
Conclusion
It has been my #1 email marketing tool. it is easy to use, straightforward user interface, and indeed had excellent customer support. These helped me stick with Aweber for a very long time, more than 4 years.
I could hardly find anything to dislike, but to point out specifics, sometimes I couldn’t import all the email addresses, especially the role-based email addresses. What I also genuinely did not like was the cart campaign system which was severely lacking
But anyhow, it is still the best email marketing service for cost and volume according to me and I recommend everyone who is looking for email marketing software.
