To get good numbers of followers, likes and engagement on Instagram. A user must consider the following points:

    • The user should create all posts in one category. And that will become your identity.
    • The content should be original (not copied) and attractive.
    • User must active on Instagram. Instead of just posting, a user should also interact with other accounts and do the activity.
    •  Different kind of post can get different engagement, as per the Instagram algorithm, I’m listing all post type in decreasing order.
      • Reels -> Story -> IGTV -> Video -> Images
    • Hashtags play an important role in engagement, an user can use a maximum of 30 hashtags in a post. But you should only use 15 to 20 hashtags.
    • Hashtags always should be relevant. You can follow this pattern to create your proper hashtags:
      • 5-10 Content related hashtags
      • 3 most popular and trending hashtags
      • 2-3 location hashtags
      • 1-2 profile related hashtags
    • Post your content on the following patterns:
      • At least 2 Reels in a day (increase the numbers if possible, but don’t decrease the content quality)
      • 4-5 Stories a day (stories should be interactive eg. people can vote or answer or anything)
      • 1 photo post in one or two days
      • 2 IGTV videos in a week.
      • 1-2 normal video in a week.
      • You should go live at least once a week.
    • Whenever you post anything on Instagram, you get the option to select a location. You should always choose a location, like your city so local people can easily find your post or page.
    • Your bio should be very professional, use 1 or 2 hashtags in your bio.
    • Put the link in the bio if you have any.
    • Give the contact option for other Instagram users like mail.
    • In your Instagram profile, you can create a story highlight. Always use it and create multiple highlights.
    • You should tag relevant people on every post.
    • Always open to your followers, respond to them genuinely.

This is all for Instagram growth. There are some “Black-Hat” tricks but don’t use them. The shortcut is never good in the long run.
